Pros

Colleagues here are nice, I have learnt a lot from other designers. The AEs are professional in coordinating with clients so the designers can focus on their work. They also give many great ideas when brainstorm for the content. Boss is open to new ideas and willing to give chance to try out new stuffs. I have also received many advices from the boss on how to improve the design. The office location is near to MRT station and many food choices around for lunch.

Cons

Sometimes the schedule can be stressful, client might ask for changes last minute, which is quite common for advertising industry. If really have problem with the deadline can voice out, people here will try to solve the issue together.
