      Pros

      InnoCentive has gone though a major improvement of products as reflected by the latest Forrester Report and enhanced web presence. With renewed emphasis on the commercial marketplace, InnoCentive has landed several new Fortune 1000 clients in US and Europe.

      Cons

      The innovation management markets have grown slower than many predicted, but InnoCentive is growing again.

      Flexible and Interesting but lack of innovation

      Pros

      Very flexible company and easy going staff. A lot of room to learn and grow into different positions in the company. The concept is also great.

      Cons

      The management and board are from a corporate background rather than tech/innovation so they don't think outside the box and are slow to implement new ideas.

      Pros

      • Flat hierarchy • Significant responsibility given to employees • Opportunities to travel • Opportunity to be part of the future of how people work and companies innovate • Exposure to the cutting edge of a range of industries • Relaxed, flexible and open work environment • Great team that you can learn from • Some opportunities for career progression The company has changed a lot over the past couple of years – for the better, in my opinion. It has become a leaner and more efficient organization that is more data driven and more open to new ideas.

      Cons

      • Some roles can become a little dull and repetitive in the long run • Opportunities for professional development are there but not always proactively offered • Leadership lacking in some areas of the business • Still some resistance to new ideas and change
