      - An enthusiastic CEO (Owner's son) with great vision - Decent compensation and yearly bonus check - As long as you get a long with your coworkers, work setting could be enjoyable - Traveling for sales opportunities and trade shows

      - Small company so things get a little rocky with production is slow.
