Not the best place if you hate happiness and learning

Pros

Never afraid of being judged, I can go as stupid as I want to, as long as I learnt something out of it. In very few companies we get the opportunity to voice your opinions, ideas and feedback so openly. It helps create an environment where you feel so deeply connected with your work. Flexible working hours and work from home enables balance between work and personal life.

Cons

There are no cons, probably some will say there is less structure around processes but that is deliberately done to move fast.
