7yDear Reviewer, Thanks for the review and pointing out about the head count. Lately we are working on strategies, using which we can go for a larger team size and can assign less complex simple coding tasks to less brainy employees too. This will give us a chance to recruit more people, even those who do not posses natural analytical skills. Results of these efforts are likely to come over next couple of months from now.
