I am working with Interdynamix AKA "IDX" . Its really a great company to work for those who has high passion of leading technologies. Interdynamix has very high reputation in market because of quality work they perform. Its not like a company, its more like a family, where everyone has a right to share idea and bring concerns forward.
Cons
The company is not fit for those who has low self esteem and not willing to learn. Someone who doesn't like change this company is not for them .
