Casual and I do mean CASUAL work environment. Most employees where shorts t shirts and flip flops when weather permits. The first place I have ever worked where it seems like everyone seems to like one another and is willing to help each other out if needed. One of the best things is that the company closes from Christmas through New Years giving the employees a long paid break. I didn't know a company like this existed in the South, much less Birmingham.
