Mission-driven culture where people genuinely come first
Pros
IntraFi is one of those rare places where the culture you hear about in interviews is the culture you actually experience every day. Leadership is transparent and trusts employees as adults—the flexibility, the open communication, and the collaborative approach to solving problems make it a place where good ideas can come from anywhere. The benefits are thoughtful and truly exceptional reflecting a company that sees employees as whole people, not just job titles. An equity stake is offered after your first year which makes you feel like a true owner benefitting from the company's success. Flexible work opportunities such as generous PTO, sabbaticals tied to work anniversaries, and a hybrid schedule give you room to do your best work and have a life outside of it. What stands out most is how the company shows up for people during major life events. Earlier this year my father passed away, and the bereavement support and overall care I received—from leadership down to my immediate team—was something I won't forget. It's easy for a company to say it values people; IntraFi proves it when it matters most.
Cons
Honestly, very few. As the company continues to grow, there's natural pressure to scale processes and tools to keep pace—the kind of growing pains that come with success rather than dysfunction. The recent shift toward more in-office days is an adjustment for some, though it's handled reasonably and communicated clearly.
