      -Management is very respectful of employees -Office located in downtown Toronto which is very convenient -Workload is very reasonable -Ability to give input

      Cons

      -Salary is okay but could be more attractive -Lots of overtime when projects are nearing completion -Amount of overtime can be hard to predict
