Pros

Great atmosphere on the sales floor and within the teams. Everybody gets on. If you want to work hard, the rewards are there. Management are always open to discuss your point of view and will always look to help if you have a problem in your personal life. They are always looking at improving team morale with work days and nights out. Couldn't fault it.

Cons

None. As long as you are willing to work for the rewards.
