Pros
The good things are friendly environment. Management looks after everyone, good experienced employers work with iserver. So, its good to gain vast knowledge.
Cons
As with the most workplaces there were some people who produced negativity in the workplace that thing can be find out by the management efforts and they tried to vanish it off.
