Pros
Although I’ve only been in the role for just over two weeks, I have felt incredibly welcomed and supported. It feels inspiring to be part of a company that’s tackling climate change with both scientific integrity and real ambition. The onboarding has been smooth, well thought-out, and designed to help new joiners feel equipped and included.
The team is knowledgeable, collaborative, and clearly passionate about the company mission. I’ve had the chance to connect with colleagues across different divisions, and there’s a genuine culture of openness and knowledge-sharing. Questions are encouraged, and even as a new starter, I’ve been made to feel that my input is valued.
There’s also a clear emphasis on learning and development, which is reassuring as I settle into a new environment and begin contributing more actively.
Cons
None so far, everything I’ve experienced has been overwhelmingly positive. It’s a fast-paced setting and a lot to take on board, but the level of support and communication has made the transition much easier.
