This company offers exceptional management and a genuinely friendly culture. Though small, the business is clearly on a strong growth trajectory. They provide a competitive variety of benefits and a highly accessible team, readily offering support and immediate assistance even in urgent situations. This is, without question, the best company I have ever worked for

Remote first organization and if you like to work in an office 100% of the time Itero typically does not offer that

Pros

Phenomenal company to work for. They truly advocate for the professional development and happiness of their employees. Frequent team and 1:1 check-ins, quality benefits, and supportive team members. They coordinate social events for remote employees, volunteer opportunities, and more.

Cons

For me, 100% was great. But if I had to stipulate/list some type of con, maybe an annual team gathering or trip of some sort? Certainly not a huge deal. I really liked working at Itero.
