      I really liked working for this company!

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for advancement, company prefers to promote from within. HR is a class act - everything there is run like clockwork, with lots of detail with regards to benefits, etc... 401K matches @ 4%, immediate vesting. Short and long term disability fully paid by company, as is $50K in life insurance. Even medical HMO is fully paid for employee only. Company has annual holiday party, annual picnic, regular staff briefings, and free lunch every month!

      Cons

      Medical for family coverage is quite expensive. No cost of living raises. No bonuses. Annual performance raises are paltry.

      Overall, a good experience

      Pros

      Felt very welcome and other employees were very helpful. Upper management were very approachable. Very flexible with days off and leaving early if necessary. Those running the intern program were very enthusiastic about it.

      Cons

      The intern program wasn't fully supported by all of those involved. Some mentors were too preoccupied with their original duties to coach the interns.

      - growing company, bright future - great for accumulating experience - HR really is vested in employee growth - strong industry and strategy

      Cons

      - very high level promotions seems to be based on nepotism - but, mid level promotions based on merit
