      Pros

      Still a great place to work: interesting and significant work with minimal corporate overhead. Smart and compassionate people. Very proactive at diverse hiring.

      Cons

      The only downsides are specific to the industry, not the firm: a bit isolated due to remote nature of the work.

      Pros

      As a small company, J P Systems feels like family. The employees work well as a team and do their best to communicate with one another despite working remotely. The company is not stagnant. Research is always being conducted to improve company processes and procedures, workflows, and benefits. JPSys has outstanding leadership too. As a younger employee, the leadership has been willing to take the time to mentor me as I set and move towards career goals. The sky is the limit here at J P Systems.

      Remote employment makes it difficult to keep up with every department.
