      Pros

      Jnet is a best place to learn new technologies and work on them, You feel like you are the owner of the product, that much work they put on us. Initially we feel like its tough to get on but as you go, we will learn more and more. Very friendly environment, co-workers, awesome team mates, Leads, managers and even directors too. Salaries are given on time without any delays. One thing is very sure that, we will become 2x experienced candidates here.

      Sometimes we should work more than the work hours, Week end allowances are ignored unless you ask for it, if worked on week ends, A bit of work life balance is difficult as we have always, soo close dead lines and all.
