Pros

My leadership team is very supportive and offer growth in the company with paid training and certs. This is not only for technicians but management as well. If you are a hard worker, productive and willing to learn the sky is the limit. Pay is good and they want to see their employees grow.

I have been here almost 2 years and the people are great to work for and with. They are hyper focused on training and bringing their personnel up to speed on the technologies that we currently work on.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind.
