Pros
The level of skill, professionalism, and design quality is high and most importantly, people treat each other with respect. The office space is also an open collaborative environment. When you've been there for a while, it's like you're going to work every day with your close friends.
Cons
There are only a few exciting projects at one time and the chance of working on one of them is low.
