Pros
Everyone in the company works very hard to uphold the quality and standards expected to be provided by KMB. The Partners/Executives have no problem lending a hand at any level when needed whether it be high level assistance or simply making photocopies. It truly is a team environment. In turn our hard work is rewarded by KMB sponsored social events, weekly breakfast buffets, and now unlimited access to the KMB Gym. I have been an employee for 8.5 years and plan on many more. It is rare you find a company that actually cares about you as a person and your family. The partners at KMB truly care.

I do not have any cons. I feel they do a great job at evaluating what works and doesn't work and making any corrections necessary
