Management is not very helpful and you should make sure you are getting the same salary as your peers because I was told one thing and paid another until I brought up the issue to HR
The expectations fluctuate. The managers are not very informed on what they're telling their teams which causes a lot of confusion. It seems like the department is just running on fumes sometimes with not many knowing what to do.

Growing pains, Customer Service doesn’t get a lot of the rewards of Sales, management can be really lacking in direction, wants to be diverse and inclusive, but often it’s not as much as it should be.
