      Great coworkers and friendly work environment. Flexible PTO and daily work schedule.

      There is no clear career growth defined. No idea if you are on track for promotions or a timeline for promotions - so it can be difficult to work here long-term when your career growth feels stunted and unclear. There is no clear salary range defined for positions either.
