Pros

- Product has great potential, exciting culture, disrupting an interesting technology market. - Really good fun team, great social atmosphere - not taken too seriously. - Willing to reward hard work. - Regular social activities. - Opportunity to expand skills - small company means that roles can span across various functions, and include some degree of flexibility. - Not micromanaged, but help provided when needed. - Get to work with some really interesting people from hospitality firms all over the world.

Cons

Small, growing tech company, means can be quite chaotic at times. Could be better at sharing knowledge from top down - particularly with regards to technical developments, and helping staff to develop technical understanding of the product.
