I like that I have a set schedule every day. I am working my way from being a front line employee to being a supervisor of the home. There is job growth and personal growth for me here. I enjoy working with the clients a lot! There is a lot of good work I see happening everyday by my co-workers too!

I've grown with the company as the company has taken on more clients. It's nice to have more opportunities to work with more clients. My pay is competitive and my benefits are also pretty good. Sometimes just like any job things fall short, but overall I'm happy with how things are going. Management will work in homes on a regular basis when they are needed to. There are a usually a handful of people I can call who are willing to step up and help me cover shifts. The scheduling department does a nice job of making sure people are available to meet the needs of clients and employees when there are situations that come up.
