Leap is filled with some of the smartest, kindest people I've ever worked with. The teams are extremely capable and there is a focus on cross-collaboration and staying on top of emerging trends and technologies.

Cons

Folks who crave a lot of structure may be left wanting.

Pros

Great work life balance if you consider balance as always having your calendar inundated with meetings, no boundaries including being asked to be in meetings before office hours, during your lunch and after hours. It's great to work from home, but leadership is always checking up on you and doesn't pay attention to calendars. I guess you can consider it diverse if you count a lot of white people sitting around talking about diversity.

Cons

Gross leadership attitudes and practices. Complete disorganization between teams.
