Pros
No pros. There is no job security. This company fired 6 bidders in just 1 year 3 months. Flexible time but according to company. No strategies. Even if you have at senior position, you have to work like freshers & in the end they want only results even you are providing your 100%. All reviews on Google my business are 5* because company force their employees to review otherwise no appraisal.
Cons
Company didn't provide any notice Period. They will terminate your services immediately. No management. Team leads behave like CEO . Lots of politics in office. Every day new strategy & they want results immediately. Upwork profiles are under agency & there is no price increase decrease option. Strategies made by team lead who don't have bidding experience. No benefits school like work environment. There was no parking outside company building, you have to park your vehicle on road & no responsibility of company if your bike or car is theft.
