Pros

Very easy to work with/manage work load. Employees are al helpful and very nice. Felt like a family.

Cons

Some remote work comes with its problems, I.e. I had to receive 2 new computers within a matter of months which caused a bit of downtime regarding work.

Some departments are harder to work for than others. Project Management was a tough one.
