That is such a win to hear that you are able to find new opportunities at to learn and grow. This is the perfect place for people who like to learn something new all the time. That's great feedback about not having that "personal" connection with your coworkers, one that we thought long and hard about when deciding to be remote forever with employees in every time zone. We're working to incorporate more casual events like "zoom lunches" and "zoom happy hours" to try to recreate the experience more. We'll also be meeting for the first time this year at a "team retreat" so hopefully that will help foster more bonding!

I'm so happy to hear that the flexibility is a benefit that you enjoy! It's one that we've worked really hard to be able to achieve through project management systems and processes. Love to hear that you're learning a lot too, this industry changes so fast that staying expert level requires dedication. And yes, teamwork is a big part of how we're able to guarantee 40 hour work weeks and "totally unplug" PTO so the benefits are good when we can foster a team-like workstyle.
