Pros

Learnosity has a great inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and openness, with benefits like flexibility and remote working. The work itself is enjoyable and varied and it's guided by our mission to improve education and backed by an innovative product roadmap that is leading the industry. It's exciting to come to work and feel like the work we do is meaningful and cutting-edge.

Cons

A productive and innovative product team means it's always busy, with exciting new products to launch - there's very little downtime, We're also a global company so cross over with US and Australian colleagues means the occasional late night or early morning call, but it's not often.

Pros

I am one of the team who transitioned over to Learnosity from Questionmark when Learnosity bought Questionmark in 2021. The Founders Gav and Mark really believe in the mission to make education and learning equitable, inclusive and accessible to all. And Learnosity has scale – a lot of large edtech companies and those delivering assessments use Learnosity. So there is a real opportunity to impact education and learning by working here. It's a good place to work. There is a friendly atmosphere, there isn’t a lot of politics or bureaucracy. Most people are smart and if you have good ideas, you have a chance to get listened to and make a difference.

Cons

Very international company with people in a lot of timezones. That’s generally a positive but it does mean some early morning or evening calls

Pros

I was skeptical when Learnosity acquired Questionmark. I worked at the combined organization for three years and loved it. The company’s mission inspired me. And I thought that the leadership were accessible and brought a positive and inclusive culture. The Learnosity API product is cutting edge. The new AI products are particularly impressive, and it was exciting to see them come together. Promisingly the Questionmark product seems to have benefited from the more innovative acquirer, and that product is improving rapidly now. It’s an exciting time to be part of Learnosity, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to make a meaningful impact in education technology.

Cons

It's a time of change, and this can sometimes be overwhelming. That said the C-levels do their best to communicate with the team on everything.
