      Management open to ideas and very approachable. Individuals are recognized and valued. Tremendous opportunities for advancement.

      Not much in terms of cons I suppose not a good place to be if you don't want to put forth an effort.

      One of the managers yells at interns, which in my opinion, is out of line.
