      I'm approaching my 18-year anniversary with this one-of-a-kind company, and longevity of that caliber is not uncommon here because of the incredible culture. The management provides mentorship and they have an open-door policy. Familial and fun atmosphere where everyone is supportive and headed towards the same goal. Newly remodeled office near the ocean, employee appreciation and generous benefits including shareholder program. Employees live their Core Values, especially integrity, which besides a positive attitude is probably the most essential quality required for long term growth and success.

      Cons

      Some may say inability to work from home is a con.

You're right, living our Core Values are the cornerstone to who we are. We've also found that being able to work as a cohesive unit in the office on a daily basis has been a huge benefit to the team, allowing us to make the delineation between a work life and a personal life which is incredibly important to our mental health.
