Pros

There is a genuine family feel and a sense of respect and collaboration. I feel that hard work is recognised and rewarded, and many members of senior management and approachable make themselves available to assist with questions from junior employees such as myself. I feel I have been given a good amount of responsibility for my role and have been able to learn and develop new skills quickly, while in a collaborative and supportive environment. With the company being relatively small it is a great opportunity to gain insight into business and project work from start to finish. There is a clear effort to appreciate employees and boost morale through thoughtful gifts and socials, as well as a very friendly office atmosphere and many talented individuals to work with. A really great place to start a career.

Cons

No significant cons from my perspective.

Lots of good perks and nice culture - very good learning experience if it's your first job

Cons

Pay is not reflective of the long hours, but then again this is consulting

Pros

- Collaborative Team: The team operates both in and out of the consultancy space, providing comprehensive support in various circumstances. The team comprises academically and socially adept individuals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. - Personal development: Numerous opportunities for personal development are available, including conference training and foundational skills essential for consultancy work

Cons

- A bottleneck exists in the workflow, with some individuals across the hierarchy working late, including weekends, although it's not mandatory - Low pay is a notable concern, and while it's challenging to directly compare with "Big 4" firms, the payment scheme may not be competitive in comparison
