Pros
- My first job after graduation and was a solid start. - They offered me the top end of the salary range I requested, which was appreciated. Other than that, I felt valued and trusted every day at work. - The onboarding process was smooth. I had a month for training, which allowed me to get acquainted with everything, and I had a project that helped ease me into the role. - The flexibility was convenient—I had the freedom to work from anywhere and had colleagues across different time zones. Not having to commute daily was a relief. - Management was super supportive of new ideas. If it made business sense, they were open to giving it a shot. It was rewarding to see some of those ideas take shape. - The company was all for us taking training or courses to level up our skills, and they covered the expenses. The data science team also went to Prague last year to participate in the Machine Learning conference. - Meeting clients from the 500 list was an interesting experience, giving me a glimpse into their senior management. - The team was fantastic—friendly, easy-going, and we clicked well together. I particularly cherished my time working in the data science team. Our team leader was an excellent mentor, and my teammates were truly talented. Had a hard time leaving and will miss them a lot!
