      Pros

      Awesome management, Matt is one of my favorite people and the best boss I’ve ever had. Easy to talk to, easy to get along with, and makes you feel like he truly has your best interests in mind. The biggest advantage of Logic Solutions is as a software engineer, it is the perfect place to grow and develop your skills due to your ability to get your hands on a lot of different technologies, and to interact with different clients. Additionally I never found the expectations to extreme. I worked hard but it never felt out of my hands.

      Cons

      No cons really. I think this is a great place to work for a young engineer getting their career started. Whether you stay or leave, your walking away with a better resume then when you came in.
