      - always room for innovation - teams at Zymewire don't shy away from brainstorming ideas and taking them forward as a collective effort - Positive, non-toxic work environment, super nice team members - Awesome work-life balance - Super cool (virtual) team events - So much to learn

      Pros

      This company has probably the best culture I've seen in any workplace, and it shouldn't be surprising because a great effort is made to keep it that way. Great leaders and management too (I'd rate the CEO with 5 thumbs up if I could)

      Cons

      Although Lumerate has been around for quite a bit now, it still has some startup-like things. It's not a con for me, but it might be for others. Compensation is on par with other similar companies, so not outstanding but good.
