Before M-Audio was bought by Avid it was a wonderful company, now Avid is focused 100% on its' stock standings.

Enjoy working with the products; upper management, in an attempt to hold on to whoever is left allows for working at home or creative work week.
Cons
There are huge layoffs, then come and talk to us and ask how we are doing and what would make the place nicer; we tell them. They promise things will improve, the worst is over...2 months later, more layoffs. For "bonuses," they have set up goals, initiatives, mandatory teams, and more meetings than you can wave a stick at.. Since they have shipped 50% of the workforce overseas, my job has tripled in workload. Basically, the company is no longer a nice place to work.
