      I have been working with Madiba India (Pune office) from last 3 years. What I like about Madiba is- 1. Each and every employee gets due visibility for their work. 2. Top management is actively involved in team building and employee’s development. 3. Certification opportunities are provided by the top management that has helped me a lot for my personal growth. 4. Even during Pandemic there were no pay cuts and timely pay was offered with on time appraisal. 5. In past 3 years I have got opportunities to work on multiple projects which reduced my work monotony.
