Overall company culture is great. The management team is dedicated to the professional advancement, personal development and growth of its employees. The nature of the industry forces you to enhance your creative approach. The office culture is great! We operate as a team and get the opportunity to unwind and touch base on a personal level at our weekly beer o’clock!

Cons

If you're not looking to step out of your comfort zone professionally, this is not the place for you. The company focuses on revolutionizing the product development industry. Often times there's a high expectation from the team members to be disruptive, which means there’s a lot of accountability and responsibility put on the employees as team players
