- great working environment, open culture and community - low hierarchy , everyone is approachable if you need help - strive to make sustainable, quality products - variety of interesting projects
Cons
- a lot of meetings, talking and discussion before doing (sometimes some quick mockups/prototypes would help earlier on)

Pros
great, international team of skilled, intelligent and enthusiastic colleagues. Open culture with a low hierarchy and accessible management. A lot of freedom to learn and develop yourself, but you need to show initiative. A great variety of cool projects and clients.
Cons
MMID is still a bit dutch- and small-agency-minded, which can be a pro on many levels, but on an administrative/organisational level it can be time-consuming and annoying that you have to find out a lot of information yourself. It still needs some more professionalisation.
