They will give anyone a job when they need to hire
Cons
You buy a car pay insurance and they give you 3-4 months of full time work per year. No loyalty and often shortchanged on paychecks.

If you are a recent grad, they will abuse teir power over you, but just keep your head up and after one year experience, you should find another job.
Cons
dont know how an engineering company can charge you fir training and pay you so incredibly low at the same time.
