As the cofounder and CEO, I’ve seen this company grow from an idea to a team helping producers across the country get access to better equipment and financing. I’m proud of the people who’ve joined and the resilience they’ve shown.

Cons

We move fast, we make mistakes, and we learn fast. This isn’t a place for everyone, and it rewards people who take ownership and want to build. We’re not perfect, but we’re honest about it. That’s the kind of company I want to lead.
