      Pros

      Working on challenging and rewarding major international projects. Complex and unique structures. World Cup stadia, airports, skyscrapers, bridges. Organized and experienced team with impressive technical and in-depth engineering knowledge.

      Cons

      The effort is considerable and the level of quality and efficiency requested is at high standards, although I personally consider it is rewarded by the type of projects and the possibility to work on the best structures worlwide.
