      Pros

      I was able to grow here with experience. Good starting job when you’re young. Once you have experience use it at another company.

      Cons

      Micro managing, low pay, poor morale, benefits decreased over the years. They make you feel like they’re out to get you rather than help you. Constantly being watched.

      Well known product, made with pride with hard working people.

      Cons

      No raises in 10+ years. Poor planning. Too much fire fighting and no fie prevention.

      Pros

      Stable company, family owned and beautiful facility. They have their own cafe so you dont have to leave the facilities for breaks/lunch.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement. No room for advancement or salary increase. No purchasing limit, everything must be looked at under a magnifying glass.
