The Spinsolve NMR is far superior to all other benchtop NMR. The software and hardware have both advanced tremendously since the commercial launch in 2013.
Cons
The US organization is rather small (< 9 employees) and managed by a former physics professor from Argentina. All manufacturing and R&D is done in Germany. US employees do not have open communication channels with Germany.
