      Pros

      Good company culture, great onboarding help from the team, nice pay and benefits, theres lots of opportunity to grow personally, work satisfaction.

      Cons

      I've only been on the team for 8 months, and haven't noticed anything negative in particular. This is not a "Con" but some may find the work environment moving fast, and take some time to get used to.
