Salary on time. That’s the only pro I can think of

The organisation does not provide a single acceptable document of employment No PF or any other govt accepted scheme that can be used to show that you are an employee there Unbelievably backwards management, unreceptive of feedback or suggestions Ground team also is very rudimentary and set in very old ways
