I have worked for marshall insurance for almost 4 years and it has changed my life! I have never made so much money in my life. Before Marshall insurance I made maybe $60k. Now I make well over $100K! You have to be driven, ambitious and tenacious. Jay the owner is awesome he gave me an opportunity. He will give you an opportunity but you have to make it happen. You decide on how much your check will be by your work ethic. Work hard ball harder.

I have worked in several agencies as a producer and comp plan is by far the best I have seen. The company feeds you with great leads and almost all the backend work is handled by the company's service team.

Cons

There are no cons to speak of. I love my job!
