      -Very laid back -Close early on Fridays -Competitive pay -Patient management (perhaps even too patient)

      Cons

      -Many employees have been there for years, and new employees not always welcomed warmly -No formal training -No room for advancement -Work alternates btwn moderately busy and very slow
