      Positive family type atmosphere. Good hands on training. Fun days planned for employees to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. Also great team building experiences.

      Cons

      No work from home. Sometimes long hours expected.

      Owners take time to get to know each employee on an individual basis. They treat everyone as if they are part of the family, not just a number.

      Very fun place to work. Small company that is doing big things! The work environment is much like a family very small and tight knitted.

      The motto is work hard play hard. Lot of work but when it’s time to have fun Mathand knows how to do it!
