This is a company to get your foot in the door in the financial industry. This is not a company to stay at long term unless you are favored. Raises are 1% or less for lower level staff. Employees are over worked and not compensated. Promotions, pay, and liberties are based off favoritism. Upper management does not appreciate your hard work.

Increases are based on an employees overall performance and average salary increases have been 3% over the past several years. The average tenure for staff is 10 years with the median tenure being 9 years.
