Pros
Small company so easy to get to know everyone and feel at home. Get to drive around on your own to do work.
Cons
Extremely poor pay for the hours worked, and the sporadic nature of the hours. May end up working at a site until 12-2am or so while having 6pm on the schedule. Very sensitive 2nd in command Bill, any joking or back and forth could get his panties tight and the boss lets him play apprentice and fire people.
